The area is located on the outskirts of Milan, not far from Porta Romana. The center is easily reachable by metro with the m3 line - yellow line. The apartment is close to the Milan Rogoredo train station which allows easy travel even in areas outside Milan. The area is also served by supermarkets, pharmacies, a municipal park, a basketball field and a bowling green. Rental condition: - The monthly rent includes 50€ electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75€ for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100€ for 2-bedroom apartments or more.
