The spacious double bedroom includes a TV and offers a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring the city. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning and stay connected with unlimited wifi internet access. Free parking for cars, motorcycles, or bicycles is available upon request. The apartment will be supplied with towels and bed linens. All utility bills are included in the monthly rent (electricity, gas, unlimited wifi internet, water, waste disposal tax, flat bill), but we will set a maximum cap (usually €/month) in the contract to prevent energy waste and excessive consumption.
