Comfortable apartment located in a renovated building, in the Vucciria area in the heart of Palermo. This apartment in yellow shades, located on the first floor, is quiet as it faces inwards. The entrance opens directly to the cosy living area, furnished with a single sofa bed, a dining area, a TV and an open plan and well-equipped kitchen, fitted also with an induction hob, a dishwasher and a microwave. The bedroom comes with a queen size bed and a reading lamp. A full bathroom with shower completes the apartment. At guests’ disposal there are also air conditioning in the living area and heating. *Guests have access to a shared laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. *Please note that, for the 3rd person, an extra charge of 300€ per month applies. Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares. Moreover, the apartment is located a few steps from the Cala, recently renovated and completed with the modern Trapezoidal Pier. The train station is 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment while the airport is 30 kms away.
